Product Owner - Galway - Permanent

What you'll be working on

As Product Owner for your new company you will work for:
  • Develop and present strategies to stakeholders.
  • Define product features based on customer needs.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog.
  • Lead the development team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a top-notch product experience.
  • Support the scrum team in meeting sprint goals.
  • Refine and enhance the product before each release.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on product status.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Build alliances to enhance product design, quality, and competitive edge.
  • Troubleshoot and update existing channel programs.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with technical expertise and experience in metrics-driven work.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end product lifecycle and product roadmap.
  • Familiarity with the Agile development process.
  • Five years of professional experience, with at least three in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to work independently.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Confidence to adjust processes or teams as needed.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
