They are establishing a new product management team, and you have the opportunity to play a critical role in this exciting journey.

Your new role

As a Product Manager (Leasing), you will be responsible for the development, management, and optimisation of the Leasing Product suite. This role involves:

Defining, developing, and executing product strategies aligned with the company's commercial and growth objectives.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging risks.
Leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborating across departments to design service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Tracking and analysing product performance, ensuring products meet business objectives and customer expectations.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Supporting cross-product innovation and streamlining possibilities.
Developing and maintaining product documentation and resources.

You will be a key advocate for leasing customers and the leasing product in the company's Product Portfolio. This role requires regular interaction with senior executives, including the Managing Director, and participation in workshops and monthly product management meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

A Bachelor's degree in a related field (a Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus).

Fully qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or part-qualified (APA) with up-to-date CPD hours, or working towards it.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the financial services sector.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in project and change management principles.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Experience presenting to senior executives and managing messages effectively.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring stakeholders on a journey.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.

Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
