Personal Assistant | Dublin City | 6 Month Assignment

Your new company

Your new company is a not-for-profit organisation, conveniently located in Dublin's city centre. They are growing and looking for you to join them on a temporary basis.

Your new role

In your new role as a personal assistant, you will be responsible for diary management for the CEO. You will respond to queries via phone, email and in person. You will create and distribute agendas for board meetings, and take minutes at the meetings. You will be responsible for other ad hoc duties as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have experience in a similar position. You will be organised with excellent attention to detail. You must be open to working on a temporary basis.
