Your new role
You will be part of the Payroll and HR Team. And reporting into the Financial Controller:

Payroll:

Managing end to end Payroll for 170 employees weekly.
  • Address payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Participate in payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Engage in ad hoc finance projects when needs support

HR:
  • Supporting the HR administration
  • Pension enquires of employees
  • Supporting the recruitment process for the company

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience working in Payroll
  • Irish Payroll experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • IPASS Qualified
