Hays has been retained to recruit a Part II Architect for an established Cork-based Engineering Consultancy. This client is known for having an excellent office culture, works on interesting projects and has an exemplary management team.

Your new role

This role involves working with a cross-functional team of Engineers, CAD Technicians and Architectural Technologists to create designs from concepts and manage projects to completion. Duties include:

• Delivery of design scope within budget hours/schedule.
• Working with design teams to achieve project deliverables.
• Completion of Design Risk Assessments.
• Interfacing with clients and other project stakeholders.
• Participation in Technical and Safety Reviews.
• Work on designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.

What you'll need to succeed

• +3 years' of relevant experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects

• Part II Architecture qualification.

• Excellent time management skills, ability to achieve results within budget and on schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong Design Skills.
