Your new role

This is a newly created position due to expansion and reports to the Finance Manager, working as part of a 6-person finance team. It's a great team, very collaborative and experienced. It will suit an ambitious finance professional to help assist and grow the business.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Compile group financial statements and support audits.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and project cost analysis.
• Provide financial support to various departments.
• Manage GL maintenance and conduct P&L analysis.
• Lead and manage finance team members.
• Improve financial processes and cost management.
• Oversee AR, AP, and payroll processes.
• Maintain internal trackers and support non-financial colleagues.
• Prepare and file tax returns and compliance documents.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant Chartered, ACA, ACCA, CPA with 5+ years Industry experience.
• Month-end and business reporting experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
