Logistics Coordinator

Your new company

Your new role

  • Coordinate and schedule collections and deliveries.
  • Allocate equipment to customers.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues.
  • Utilise dedicated software for data input.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for problem-solving.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Adhere to IT security, health, and safety policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: SAP proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Advantageous: Healthcare industry experience.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
