Graduate/Junior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – West Dublin

Hays are working with a Dublin-based property development and management company with a broad portfolio of award-winning commercial and residential projects. They specialise in creating modern and sustainable buildings and revitalising urban spaces and planning for the future.

They are now seeking an enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a largescale residential development in West Dublin. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills with a leading organisation with a huge pipeline of work.

The project has been underway for a number of years with the completion of the total housing units expected to be late 2026 which is to be followed by the construction of 5 apartment blocks at the same location.

In your new role you will work under the Senior Quantity Surveyor on contractual matters at general and project level, timely drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence and support with project correspondence. You will assist in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, variations, and the submission of final reports along with carrying out measurement of the building elements. You will look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost, identify and investigate losses.

The salary being offered does depend on your level of experience but typically sits between €40,000 - €45,000 with a company pension on completion of your probationary period, as well as a company phone and laptop.
