Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the IT department to meet business needs and industry best practices

- Oversee a skilled Team of 10+ IT professionals and various team leads

- Drive the Implementation of new solutions and ensure smooth operation of Website ERP WMS systems

- Develop and Implement an IT strategy to support the company's mission and objectives

- Manage IT service Delivery, security, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships

- Participate in Project management and process improvement initiatives

- Stay updated on new Technologies to benefit the organisation

Experience and Skills:

- 10+ years of IT Management experience with strong people management skills

- Knowledge of the The insurance industry or financial services sector is advantageous.

- Demonstrated ability To lead, mentor, and develop IT teams

- Strong stakeholder Management, communication, and multitasking skills

- Experience in Project management, ERP systems, and business process improvement

- Proficiency in Vendor management, cybersecurity, and data protection

- Excellent Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Relevant Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISM, PRINCE II

- Minimum of 10+ years Of IT management experience, with 7 years in a leadership role in insurance or Financial services
