Your new role

• Work within a small support team responsible for the support of Midlands-based customers and providing local IT support to them.
• From time to time, the role may require travel to sites usually no more than 90 min away.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experience/strong knowledge working with multiple Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience providing Desktop Support for onsite &, if required, remote users.
• Hardware & Software troubleshooting of Windows-based computers is a must.
• Experience with VPN installations and remote access configuration of user accounts.
• Experience or strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with configurating and supporting mobile devices.
• Experience managing file permissions and access rights on domain-controlled servers.
• Experience with
  Azure, Office 365 and SharePoint.

• Pay rate between €30K - €40k per annum (pro rata) - subject to experience.
• Opportunity to work with various clients in the midlands region.
• Company van and insurance is provided for this role.

• Currently living in Ireland and ideally in Longford or nearby.
• Available to work fully onsite with various clients in the midlands region of Ireland.
• Ideally, available to work immediately.
• Currently hold an EEA passport or a valid Stamp 4/1G visa. (Visa must be valid for duration of contract).
• Must hold a valid driving licence that is able to be used in Ireland.
