IT Business Analyst - Testing - 3 Days WFO - e-commerce background

What you'll be working on
In your role as IT Business Analyst at your new company, you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects. You will be a team player promoting Agile way of working, planning product development sprints,
ensure smooth project progress while you build and maintain a strong understanding of the existing system and application landscape as a foundation for future solutions.
In your new role you will also conduct user interviews and testing to gather requirements, perform functional testing and UAT and support the design team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in a Business Analysis role within a digital environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar tools (e.g., Jira) and strong data skills.
  • Certifications: Preferably certified in Agile Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
  • Mindset: A continuous improvement mindset, with a curiosity and hunger to learn and implement new technologies.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and committed, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the product team (Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, software developers) and other parts of the business (Sales, Customer Service, School Success, Content).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and remove impediments and obstacles for the team.
  • Understanding of Technology: A strong understanding of the existing system and application landscape, as well as the basics of machine learning and AI.
