Your new role

As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for all HR related processes such as rewards / benefits, HR systems, recruitment, onboarding compliance, payroll and more for a workforce of c.2,000 across Ireland. You will act as subject-matter expert for HR Operations and influence senior stakeholders where necessary. You will maintain good collaborative relations with managers and senior stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy are maintained in all elements of the role. Other ad hoc HR duties may be required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous experience in a similar role within a large matrix organisation. You will ideally have experience supporting various processes in HR Operations as well as preferably streamlining processes as part of a HRIS implementation programme. You will be able to work on initiative and multitask. You will have proven experience working in a supportive / administration role to the Operations or HR departments, assisting with various HR tasks depending on business needs.
