HR Generalist - Dublin 4 or can be 100% remote

Your new company

An excellent opportunity for a permanent HR Generalist has arisen for a global company who have their European headquarters based in Dublin 4. This role can be hybrid or it can be fully remote.

Your new role

In your new role you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and support in all areas of HR including answering HR queries, supporting with compensation and benefits, supporting the HRBP in defining new HR policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 4-5 years previous HR Generalist or HR Operational experience. Ideally, you will have experience supporting with HR for Ireland and also outside of Ireland and have experience supporting with defining of HR procedures.

What you'll get in return

This role has a salary of €60,000 plus an annual bonus of 15%. In addition, there are a range of benefits such as annual salary reviews, pension, VHI Healthcare and generous annual leave that increases with length of service.
