HR and Talent Manager, Fixed-term Contract, Based on-site in Dublin 24

Your new role

In your new role as the Human Resources and Talent Manager, you will be providing support to management teams across all locations with employee and industrial relations issues. You will be responsible for all HR, Compliance and Ethics reporting to the management team and updating policies in-line with changing legislation. You will be responsible for attracting the best talent in line with company priorities and identifying potential career paths as well as the management of training and development plans. Your new role is a fixed-term, specific purpose contract that will support your new company's team and business during their continuous growth.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed as the new Human Resources and Talent Manager, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Human Resources Management. You will hold a relevant qualification and a proven track record of driving change and adding value to the overall performance of your team. You will preferably have experience with IR and ER, specifically within unionised working environments. You will be a proactive individual who uses your own initiative to support the team at large. You will be comfortable working within a team and on your own.
