Fundraising & Relationship Manager (NFP) | Remote/National Travel | Permanent | €47,000

Your new company

As Fundraising & Relationship Manager, you will join a reputable not-for-profit who are dedicated to supporting children, adolescents and young adults affected by illness and their families. Your new role is remote with the requirement to travel nationally when required to drive fundraising efforts. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. On a monthly basis, you will meet your wider team to work in a co-working space located on the Meath border.

Your new role

As Fundraising & Relationship Manager, you will drive fundraising efforts through strategic partnerships and community engagement. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with corporate sponsors, community fundraisers, and donors to ensure sustainable income for our vital services.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with corporate partners to secure financial and in-kind support; community fundraising and engagement; event and campaign management; donor engagement and relationship management and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Fundraising & Relationship Manager, you will have proven experience in sales, fundraising, business development, or corporate relationship management. Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure high-value partnerships is essential. Experience in event management and community engagement is also required. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in CRM systems and donor management tools is desirable.

Ability to travel as required is required (mileage and allowances in line with civil service rates).

With clear and relevant examples of your transferable skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
