Your new role

• Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Ensuring that all finishing work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues or defects.
• Liaising with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  
  What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing processes and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field (preferred).

What you'll get in return

A salary ranging between €65000 - €75000 plus a Financial Package including Company Vehicle and fuel allowance.
