Financial Controller

Leading public services provider require a Senior Finance Professional to manage their finance function and lead their finance team

Reporting to the CEO, supervising a team of 10-12 in finance, you will be a member of the senior management team

Key Tasks will include:

• Preparation of statutory financial accounts and co-ordination of year-end audit
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis reports and cash flow forecasts for presentation to the Board and Finance Committee
• Preparation of various financial reports for funders and statutory bodies
• Preparation and co-ordination of annual budget process
• Internal controls maintenance & review
• Develop, update and review accounting policies & procedures
• IT Systems development
• Negotiate and agree contracts
• Prepare grant claims in relation to capital expenditure projects
• Monitor project budgets

Ideally, you will be an experienced Financial Controller, a Qualified Accountant with strong financial management and proven staff supervisory experience, along with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Annual Salary €80K-€90K
