Newly Qualified Financial Accountant Job - Dublin 18 - Hybrid Working

A well-established business in Dublin 18 are looking for an industry-trained Newly Qualified Financial Accountant to join their finance team. Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for:
  • Monthly management accounts and board reports
  • KPI reporting
  • Reconcile intercompany, P&L and balance sheet nominal ledgers
  • WIP reporting and revenue recognition on projects, close collaboration with Project Managers to ensure accuracy
  • RCT Subcontractor invoicing
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Credit control and AR management
  • Support the finance team on quarterly forecasting
  • Assist with insurance renewals
  • Assist with VAT returns
  • Identify areas for process improvement in the finance function

What you'll need to succeed
  • The ideal Financial Accountant will be newly qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA) and industry-trained, however small-practice trained may also be considered
  • Financial reporting experience in industry is highly beneficial
  • Strong excel skills are a must-have
  • Good knowledge of Debits and Credits are required
