Your new company

As Executive Officer you will join a Cultural Institute who are known as one of Ireland's leading museum institutions, with a strong emphasis on national and some international archaeology, Irish history, Irish art, culture, and natural history. Your new position is administrative support to the Director, the Executive and the Secretary to the Board. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month assignment with a view to extension.

Your new role

Your duties will include scheduling of meetings, minute taking, drafting of agendas, mailbox management, managing of catering invoices, meeting and greeting stakeholders, assisting with the coordination of events, file & database management and all general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain invaluable executive support experience within a reputable cultural institute.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have relevant experience in a similar administrative support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Excellent IT skills, including MS Suite, are required. A keen eye for detail as well as strong writing skills (both report writing & minuting) is necessary.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient administrative and organisational skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
