Your new company

As Executive Assistant, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals in Ireland providing administrative support to the president, Director General & Corporate Affairs Unit. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the president, Director General & Corporate Affairs Unit. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, complex diary management, reporting, travel management, agenda creation, supporting with event coordination, managing expenses, drafting communications on behalf of senior management, document creation, project support and all ad-hoc administrative duties that fall into your new role.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent secretarial experience at executive level within a reputable membership body.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Executive Assistant, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar executive support role supporting senior management. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience supporting multiple individuals is advantageous.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements providing executive support, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
