Hays Recruitment is looking for a Driver/Installer for a well-renowned client in Macroom.


Location: Macroom, Cork Position: Part-time (3 days a week and one weekend a month)
Role Overview: Join our team as a Driver Installer, where you'll be responsible for delivering and installing medical equipment for our partner products. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including the Logistics Administration Team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install decontaminated medical equipment and collect contaminated equipment from customer locations.
  • Instruct clients on the use of equipment as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform tasks efficiently to meet all deadlines.
  • Handle medical equipment with care during delivery and collection.
  • Load the van according to the delivery route.
  • Collect signatures from clients upon delivery and collection.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and out.
  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and in good condition daily using the fleet management app.
  • Understand and meet the KPIs and service levels required by customers in your area.
  • Adhere to specific hospital policies and procedures.
  • Conduct rental audits at customer locations as needed.
  • Scan and record all deliveries and collections on the RGC system.
  • Rotate between client homes and hospitals.
