Your new company

As Diploma Course Applications Administrator, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals in Ireland within their education department. Your new organisation aims to provide support and advice to its membership professionals in their day-to-day practice through education, training courses and advisory services. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 1-year FTC. This is a role for a 4-day week role on a hybrid basis (50% time in the office, 50% working remotely, if desired).

Your new role

As Diploma Course Applications Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing the application process; processing payments, query management, updating financial information on the website, preparing statistical reporting to the team, working with the wider team in setting up new courses, working with course leaders and administrators to run courses, updating SOPs and general administration and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Diploma Course Applications Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role. You will have strong numeracy skills; previous payments experience is desirable. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Demonstrable proficiency in using database and spreadsheet systems, in particular, excellent knowledge of Excel is essential. Knowledge of third level/professional education systems desirable
