The role involves dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and through email, communicating and working alongside a team of call centre agents, data entry, providing excellent customer service and general administration duties. This is a busy role and applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality.
