Your new role:
You will be tasked with ensuring efficient delivery of customer service. Responsibilities include managing access control requests, overseeing ID card production, responding to customer queries via email and phone, and working with bespoke security systems.

- This role holder will be responsible for the delivery of customer service to our customers.
- The suitable candidate should have good technology skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. They should be able to display good customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- The role will involve working on bespoke security systems, administration tasks, dealing with our customers on the phone and email responses to our branches and Head Office locations.
- Manage all access control requests, ensuring all are responded to within our 24hr SLA.
- Oversight of ID Card Production to ensure agreed SLAs are met
- Monitor internal mailboxes and respond to customer queries
- Answer telephone queries from staff members in a professional manner
What you'll need to succeed:
The ideal candidate should possess strong technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service abilities, teamwork, and a professional phone manner are essential. Previous experience in administration and customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
