Your new role
They are looking for an Administrator that will mainly be required to assist the Assigned Certifier / BCaR services.
Your responsibilities
Collate project information / documentation and prepare / submit commencement notices.
Collate project information / documentation and prepare / submit CCC notices.
- Assist site teams by managing to close out defects / issues raised by work on site.
- Collate all project documentation relating to the Assigned Certifier/Design Certifier’s inspection plans and subsequently the BC(A)R 2014.
- Reviewing and filing of all handover documentation provided on PC, including O&M certifications from subcontractors alongside building drawings, product/material details and operating/ maintenance manuals.
- Monitoring and review of inspection reports and directing any appropriate course of action as required.
- Review of certification received from contractors and ensuring the information is correct and relevant.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with project teams to schedule the proper filing and archiving of all files on completion of each project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Third level qualification/certification in Administration or a Business-Related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry (preferred).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documentation.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
