Your new company

Our client is a leader in their industry. They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of the business with their commercial and domestic customers and external partners within the industry.

Your new role

In this role you will manage daily operations, drive business growth, and meet new business targets. You will develop a sales pipeline, nurture customer relationships, and lead the sales function. You will identify business opportunities, prepare reports, and uphold company standards. You will support various areas of the business as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have at least 5 years of previous commercial management and sales experience in a service sector. You will have direct sales experience managing high-profile corporate clients. Knowledge of the security industry is an advantage but not essential. You will have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You will be a highly motivated self-starter with an appetite for success.

What you'll get in return

You will receive €70-80k basic salary with an Employer of Choice in Cork.
