One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking Welcome SME to work within a busy professional located in Dublin Central Park and it is a contractual role of 12 months.

Your new role
This is a telephony-based role, where the successful candidate will assist our SME customers who are in financial difficulty. The SME arrears team proactively contact customers in relation to account arrears and find the most appropriate solutions for our customers. We will provide extensive training to equip you with the right tools to successfully complete the role.

• Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations we adhere to.

• Be the personal point of contact by phone, for our SME customers who are in financial difficulty or may be going into financial difficulty.

• Answer their questions over the phone, quickly and efficiently in relation to their account.

• Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills.

• Process credit applications.

• Take personal responsibility for delivering a level of service that often exceeds customer expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have APA accreditation (QFA Loans and QFA Regulations). You will have Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills. You will be Previous experience engaging with customers over the telephone. You will be in Previous role in a financial institution is desirable. You will have experience in SME Credit assessment which is desirable
