IT Business Analyst - Dublin

What you'll be working on

In your new role as a Business Analyst, you will be working in a busy department supporting the development of standards and improvement of processes and procedures for the delivery of business engagement, architecture and analysis services.

You will be working alongside the Solutions Architect supporting the organisational IT services, gathering requirements, implementing new processes, proposing solutions and collaborating with the internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will also have to support promoting business analysis standards and templates, aid in the improvement of policies and procedures, review project design and collaborate with the team on running projects efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:


  • Around 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good understanding of Azure and O365 architecture.
  • Proficient in systems development life cycle phases.
  • Strong technical background: knowledge of software development and test processes, infrastructure, databases, active directory, networking, and Windows server.
  • Familiar with Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
  • The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs.
