Architectural Technologist - Dublin / Kildare Offices

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation
  • Under Senior guidance, you will be responsible for the development of sketch/conceptual design.
  • Capable of leading BIM/Revit projects through the detail design stages.
  • Strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery and on-site project stages.
  • Excel with technical drawings, specifications, schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to provide construction and technical support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from an RIAI-accredited programme
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice
  • Strong knowledge of building design, construction, and technology
  • A proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
  • Detailed knowledge of the Irish building regulations
  • Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role, combined with detailing, design development and tender pack assembly.
