Accounts Administrator - Multinational Company

A multinational company that has over 250 stores internationally.
Your new role
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll handle various tasks within the Accounts Department, such as data inputting, managing sales and purchase ledgers, and performing general administrative duties.
- Accurate data inputting into financial systems
- General finance administration tasks, such as:
- Invoice processing
- Creditor, bank, and nominal ledger reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Financial data analysis and KPI reporting
- Handling any other ad hoc assignments as assigned by management
What you'll need to succeed
- Education: Relevant third-level qualification (desired, but not essential)
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounts environment is an advantage
- Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
