Your new company has been at the forefront of manufacturing for over 70 years. They are an Irish company and manufacture all of their products on site. They supply to retail stores and the hospitality industry across the UK & Ireland.
Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in implementing strategies, co-ordinating campaigns, projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, creativity, and a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Manager will lead and execute multichannel marketing initiatives that drive growth, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The role will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, while managing budgets and agency partners/ stakeholders as needed.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, on-brand marketing content that resonates with consumers and conveys their mission.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms, ensuring their story is clear, compelling, and memorable.
- Plan and deliver in-store marketing campaigns, including POS materials, signage, product displays, and promotional collateral.
- Track performance of in-store activations and adjust based on insights.
- Manage the company’s online platforms. Maintaining social media, blogs and storyboards
- Develop and implement content that aligns with the goals and brand identity.
- Designing and executing email campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve lifecycle marketing strategies and the customer journey.
- Generate reports to track business KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
- Research the market in order to discover new trends management.
- Work with sales and production/ operational teams to gather information for social media content and website updates.
- To be familiar with all the company’s products and services.
- Utilise the content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates for the websites, including building new landing pages
- Manage and execute marketing events, pop-ups, trade shows, and sponsorships.
- Oversee logistics, partnerships, and event promotion to maximise attendance and engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years+ proven experience in a Marketing role that has encompassed all aspects of Marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Curious by nature and driven to find insights within data.
- Resourceful & able to navigate in an ever-changing landscape of digital data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding social skills: liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- A relevant third level qualification
