Our client is a well-established utilities supplier. With their head office based in Oranmore, they also serve customers across Connacht.

Your new role
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices. Maintaining the purchase ledger. Reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase order. Performing monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Assisting with daily and monthly stock reconciliations. Posting creditor EFT payments. Addressing and correctly posting all price and quantity variances on received invoices. Assisting with accruals and prepayments. Supporting accountants with yearly audits and audit queries. Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills Strong team working abilities. Self-disciplined, efficient, with a flexible and proactive attitude. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office packages. Knowledgeable about relevant software packages. Demonstrable bookkeeping experience. Ability to work to deadlines
