Azure DevOps Engineer | Perm | Hybrid (2 days onsite p/week) | €DOE (c. €75k base)

I am working with an incredibly fast-growing Software Company, looking to recruit for a brand-new position in the Azure Specialised DevOps Engineering space. You will be joining a very dynamic team and will act as a key member of the growing organisation. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure deployment on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless application delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Azure services such as Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, AKS, Azure Functions, and App Services.
  • Utilise scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance automation processes.
  • Work with IaC / Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates for efficient infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise monitoring using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Prometheus.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 3–10 years of experience in DevOps with a specialisation in Azure.
  • Proven expertise in Azure services and infrastructure as code.
  • In-depth knowledge of Git, source control workflows, and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate within a squad-based structure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior architects and technical teams.
