Architectural Technologist (Multiple Roles) - Dublin

Join a leading architectural practice with over 25 years of experience in the field. This company offers a wide range of services, including extensions, refurbishments, new builds, and interiors, across various sectors such as residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare.
As part of their team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects, collaborate with talented and friendly colleagues, and develop your skills and knowledge.

Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects through 2025 and beyond, they now require a strong Architectural Technologist to join their Dublin office.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation
  • Developing sketch/conceptual designs under senior guidance
  • Leading BIM/Revit projects through the detailed design stages
  • Strengthening post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages
  • Excelling with technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conducting site visits to provide construction and technical support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from an RIAI accredited programme
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice
  • Strong knowledge of building design, construction, and technology
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Detailed knowledge of Irish & UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge, combined with detailing, design development, and tender pack assembly
