Your new role
Your new role will see you supporting a large and busy team through all aspects of Human Resources within the factory. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for new employees, including inductions and compliance checks. You will support management and the larger team with disciplinary and grievance procedures while working closely with the HR consultant. You will manage the employee handbook as well as the training and upskilling of current employees. In your new role as HR Manager, you will be in charge of weekly schedules, ensuring the working time act is maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive individual with strong time management and communication skills. Previous experience within the human resources field with a strong knowledge of Sage Payroll would be beneficial. An ideal candidate will be respectful, approachable and discreet, with strong ethics and the ability to deal with employee dissatisfaction in a sensitive manner. A third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential.What you'll get in return
