Projects Administration & Communications Manager | Dublin City/Hybrid | 6 Months | €58, 264 (HEO level)

Your new company

As Projects Administration & Communications Manager, you will join a statutory agency who aim to redevelop Dublin City. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is easily accessible via public transport. You will have a hybrid working model, 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 6-month basis.

Your new role

As Projects Administration & Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Communications Manager and the Administration Manager. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting the Director in the day-to-day operation of projects; project planning and scheduling will be undertaken jointly with the Director; consulting with project partners and stakeholders; collating all deliverables, milestones, and technical reports; arranging meetings and ensuring they are accurately recorded; communication responsibilities and all general administration and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar project management role along with a relevant recognised third level or professional qualification at a minimum NFQ Level 8.

Demonstrable experience of extensive project administration experience with relevant agencies/reporting arrangements along with experience of working across a complex internal and external stakeholder landscape is required. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. Excellent communication skills with proven experience of dealing with both internal and external stakeholders is necessary.

A formal project management certification and/or experience in communications, public relations, marketing or branding is desirable.
