They process a wide range of electronic transactions, including debit and credit card payments, mobile phone top-ups, M50 motorway toll payments, Leap travel cards, local property tax payments, pay-by-phone parking, pre-paid and bill-pay utilities, and parcel collection services. They operate a network of over 3,500 stores across Ireland, making it easier for consumers to pay for various services and products.

Your new role
This is a part-time role from Monday to Friday. The role involves dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and through email, communicating and working alongside a team of call centre agents, data entry, providing excellent customer service and general administration duties. This is a busy role and applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality. The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You must be a proactive and motivated individual who has the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

What you'll need to succeed
