IT Project Manager - Dublin - Project Delivery - Agile

What you'll be working on:
In your new job as an IT Project Manager, you will liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs, oversee systems implementation, and coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers. They will support Agile methodologies, fulfil Scrum Master duties, and ensure continuous improvement and effective collaboration. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Azure DevOps, overseeing testing and QA processes, assisting with procurement, and maintaining proactive communications. The role also involves developing resource plans, reporting on project status, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project closure and handover to Technical Services.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need:
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) for tracking progress and collaboration.
  • Technical Delivery: Experience with Postman and GitHub in managing technical elements of delivery.
  • Mobile Delivery: Experience in mobile delivery and exposure to development tools.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and leading Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Quality Assurance: Overseeing testing and QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Leadership: Ability to take the lead and drive initiatives.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to document client business processes and requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Establishing effective working relationships with clients.
  • Resource Planning: Developing resource plans and managing project budgets.
  • Time Management: Managing deadlines, personal work plans, and time effectively.
