Your new company
Your new company is a leading consumer payment service provider. They process a wide range of electronic transactions, including debit and credit card payments, mobile phone top-ups, M50 motorway toll payments, Leap travel cards, local property tax payments, pay-by-phone parking, pre-paid and bill-pay utilities, and parcel collection services. They operate a network of over 3,500 stores across Ireland, making it easier for consumers to pay for various services and products.
The role involves dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and through email, communicating and working alongside a team of call centre agents, data entry, providing excellent customer service and general administration duties. This is a busy role and applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality. The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You must be a proactive and motivated individual who has the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
