Your new role

As a Working Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations on-site while actively participating in the hands-on construction work. You will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing resources, enforcing safety protocols, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, particularly in renovations and extensions
- Strong hands-on skills in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
