EMEA Payroll Coordinator

Your new company

Your new company is within the Aviation Industry. They are known for delivering a high level of service across a global network of clients. They operate in various countries and have a requirement for an EMEA Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

Your new role

Your new role involves the following:

  • Ensure all payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner across multiple EU entities.
  • Update payroll-related system inputs where required
  • Manage employee queries
  • Monitor payroll information provided by Human Resources
  • Management communication with external payroll providers
  • Communicate and implement changes to payroll legislation
  • Generate payroll reports, variance analyses, and budget forecasts for the Finance team
  • Assist HR in workforce planning by analysing compensation trends
  • Manage the companies' compensation and benefits structure
  • Manager employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to inline with European compensation laws

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will have at least 6 years' experience in a senior-level payroll position. It would be highly beneficial if you have a second language. You will be a strong and effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple lines of communication at any given time. You will have a strong knowledge of European payroll regulations and employment law. You will have knowledge of compensation and benefits. You will be analytical and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.


What you'll get in return

You will receive a highly attractive salary package of €60,000 -€70,000 DOE. You will be entitled to an excellent benefits package including pension and healthcare. You will avail of hybrid working. You will gain the opportunity to take ownership of a role and will have the opportunity to travel.
