Project Manager Required for a Tier 1 Contractor - €80,000 - €95,000 + Package.


Your new company

One of Ireland’s largest and most respected construction companies with 70 years' experience in the industry. They have a proven track record of delivering projects to the highest of standards in sectors including Healthcare, Commercial & Retail, Residential, Pharma, Data, Industrial, Transportation and Site Infrastructure. As a result of continued expansion or to help with their growth projection for the coming years, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a role based in Dublin.


Your new role

You will be in charge of the Management, Coordination & Execution of the full Project Scope of works or an identified scope of works or package of works on a Project, including the delivery of all such designated site activities, whilst meeting the project objectives set out for Health and Safety, Design, Technical, Quality, Program and Commercial.
You will lead, manage and motivate your team members, drive high-performance through developing people to their full potential. Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and all other project stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You need a relevant Third level Degree in Construction, Engineering or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager running large projects.

  • It is also preferable that candidates have worked their way up through the ranks with a main building contractor.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
