Your new role

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams by providing accurate cost management and financial advice. This is a predominantly office-based position where you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
  • Conducting cost analysis and preparing reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
  • Monitoring project costs and ensuring they remain within budget.
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Supporting senior quantity surveyors in various tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or an internship in the construction industry is a plus.

What you'll get in return
