Your new role

As a People Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 direct reports across Ireland. You will also be responsible for general HR activities such as employee relations, payroll, grievances, recruitment, preparing contracts and more. You will be a key contributor in various areas throughout the business. You will also be responsible for general HR activities such as employee relations, payroll, grievances, recruitment, preparing contracts and more. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies. Partner with the team to continually improve the employer brand. You will ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, develop and implement health & safety policies and manage legal compliance, mitigating risks. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives, analyse trends and metrics and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience in a similar role; previously managed a team of c.5/6 direct reports as well as strong HR generalist experience. You will have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work on initiative and multitask.
