Fleet Administrator | 12 Month Assignment | €35,000 | Cavan Town/Hybrid

Your new company

As Fleet Administrator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Cavan town and offers a hybrid work model; 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home after training. Your new company requires you to join their team for 12 months.

Your new role

As Fleet Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Fleet Team. Your duties will include but are not limited to managing supplier and/or vendor queries, creating requisitions through the Oracle system, receipting and processing of invoices, information management, managing communications, tracking/analysing KPI’s, collating reports, diary management, scheduling and coordinating trainings and any ad-hoc/general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant administrative experience. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of vendors and suppliers. Proficiency using MS Suite with Excel skills is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, would be advantageous. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines.
