Your new company

As Airfreight Export Operator, you will join a family run business that provides multi-modal transport, storage and distribution services globally. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin North. They require you to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As Airfreight Export Operator, you will provide a professional and efficient airfreight export operations service to both internal and external customers.
Your duties will include but are not limited to processing shipment bookings, monitoring shipments from point of customer booking to arrival at destination and customer payment, providing a high level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers, liaising with airlines to ensure that the best possible rate and transit time are secured, liaising with warehouse and transport personnel regarding collections and the warehouse processing of airfreight shipments, labelling freight for export, processing Sales and Purchase Invoices and dealing with any queries relating to Customer / Creditor invoices, dealing with rate requests and issuing quotations, development of Airfreight service, liaising with overseas network of agents.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant airfreight operations experience; exports experience is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using MS Suite is essential.
A keen for detail and strong administrative skills are required.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
