In your new role as a Product Specialist, you will be working on supporting, maintaining, and developing your new company's cloud-based Document Management System (DMS) and third-party document processing products. You will be part of the Business Applications team, and lead the internal product management efforts, ensuring that changes are in line with best practices and excellence in application delivery is maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of technical experience with at least one year in product management or a related area, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, SAS certifications, or business analysis certifications can be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of SAS or DMS solutions and related technologies.
- Experience with M365 and SharePoint-based solutions.
- Ability to understand and align product features with organisational objectives and needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical and business information to various internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- A focus on meeting the needs of internal stakeholders and ensuring the product supports organisational goals.
