Your new company
You will be working for a multinational, Fortune 500 investment bank and financial services corporation based in the heart of Dublin City centre. This role is hybrid, 3 days on site per week. Your new role
The Issuer Services Technology team manages a suite of applications globally, all of which are business critical in supporting the Agency & Trust and Depositary Receipts business Operations and Front Office teams. The client is seeking a talented Scrum Master for the Issuer Services teams to provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and set a powerful example for the team. The role requires someone who is an expert in agile techniques and is adept at change management through the influence and facilitation of Agile into new environments. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, coaching and direction towards maturing and optimising Agile execution methodologies through the constant improvement of Agile application principles and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with minimum of 5 years experience working as Scrum Master within a true agile environment, along with strong expertise in the software development lifecycle. You will have hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban practices, Confluence, Jira, Collaboration tools and reporting. You will be well versed in leading large scale enterprise transformation projects with global and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and have strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning. Furthermore, you will be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and technical acumen.
