Legal Secretary | Dublin City | Temporary Assignment

Your new company
Your new company is a statutory body in an exciting phase of growth. They are conveniently located in Dublin’s city centre. This company is easily accessible via LUAS (right on the green line) and Dublin bus. They are looking for you to join them on a temporary, full-time basis, as a Legal Secretary.

Your new role
As legal secretary, you will support a senior stakeholder with all secretarial needs. You will be responsible for Dictaphone typing of reports, correspondence and other documents, managing the calendar, organising meetings and travel arrangements. Other tasks will include providing administrative support to the wider team and engaging with suppliers and service providers.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you must have sufficient experience as a legal secretary or Dictaphone typist and appropriate general administration skills. An understanding of legislation and the legal industry will be advantageous. You must be open to working on a temporary basis.
