You will be joining the current HR team of 5 to create and implement training plans for the business. You will be delivering to a population of c.250 / 300, and you will work closely with senior management to achieve organisational objectives, as well as assisting with any process improvements, collaborating closely with the HR Manager and Director. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders to pipeline requirements and will be expected to design programmes directly and liaise with external vendors where necessary. The programmes are currently run on a hybrid basis (i.e. both in person and virtually). You will be on-site for the initial 6 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

You will have previously worked in a fast-paced, complex organisation and be experienced at designing training programmes. You will ideally have experience delivering training around 'Excellence Through People' accreditation and have previously designed an L&D programme from scratch. You will be able to work on initiative and multitask. Experience within the public sector and / or housing is advantageous. You will need strong Microsoft Office and administration skills.
